HM Gunboat William 1795 (1:32):


Model designed entirely in-house by Rich, Dave and John.

HM Gunboat William (1:32) as fitted in 1795. Her armament includes 2 x 12pdr carronades (aft) and 1 x 24pdr cannon (fore) mounted on a bearing race of cannon balls.

A shot of the mast pivot supports, on the model, as seen through the waist hatch. Note also the upper locking strap, holding the mast against the after face of the waist hatch coaming, and the pivot bar held in place by straps across the top face of the supports.
